Sabbia Gallery’s 10th Anniversary Celebrations!
On Saturday 14th March, Sabbia Gallery celebrated their 10th anniversary. It was a lovely afternoon of Champagne, Canapes and Conversations with some of Sabbia’s incredible stable of glass and ceramic artists present, as well as clients, family and long time friends of the gallery.
Saturday also marked the official opening launch of Brenden Scott French’s outstanding solo glass exhibition ‘Colour Remains’ and the Ceramic Masters 2015 exhibition ‘Autograph’. There was an insightful ‘In Conversation’ floor talk from artist Brenden Scott French and independent curator and freelance writer, Grace Cochrane. It was quite fitting that Grace Cochrane was present at this anniversary event, as it was Grace who launched Sabbia Gallery at their official opening in Campbell St Surry Hills 10 years ago.
Many thanks to everyone who was present on the day to help Directors Anna Grigson and Maria Grimaldi celebrate this important milestone.
If you didn’t get the opportunity to be there on the day you can still view the 2 incredible exhibitions ‘Colour Remains’ and ‘Autograph – Masters of Ceramics 2015’ as they will be on display until the 4th April.
