Sabbia is pleased to present this solo exhibition by Alex Bray, awarded the 2023 Sabbia Exhibition Prize for National Art School Graduates in Ceramics. This exhibition series has presented new bodies of work by some of the most dynamic ceramic students, and we are pleased to include Alex in this series.

Alex has been refining her work whilst completing her Masters at NAS, concentrating on fine porcelain forms that reference nature, with soft lustre glazed surfaces. She explores ideas of patriarchy, environment and materiality through the soft malleability of clay. We look forward to presenting this new body of work.
