Brenden Scott French – Colour Remains

Sabbia Gallery Sydney is Australia’s premier gallery presenting this country’s finest contemporary studio glass and ceramic artists. We have pleasure in presenting ‘Colour Remains’ a solo exhibition by internationally acclaimed glass artist Brenden Scott French.

French is an exciting and innovative artist who will present his latest collection of kiln formed glass wall installations that continues his exploration of his place in the world and in the landscape. In French’s work, the idea of large open space is a distinctly Australian one, of big skies and dramatic landscape. This exhibition will also identify the importance of colour in his work.

A beautiful exhibition and a wonderful opportunity for all to view the new work by this important artist.

‘Colour Remains’ and ‘Autograph’ will be held in conjunction with Art Month Sydney 2015.  Art Month Sydney runs from the 6th – 29th March 2015.  Sabbia Gallery will also be celebrating its 10th Anniversary and will be holding a Champagne, Canapes and Conversations Reception with an Artist Floor Talk on Saturday 14th March 2015.  Artist, Brenden Scott French will be in conversation with independent curator and freelance writer Grace Cochrane.  RSVP essential to galler@nullsabbiagallery.com or on +61 2 9361 6448
