The Tom Malone Glass Art Prize is Australia’s longest running award for Contemporary Glass Art with the winning artist receiving $20,000. Now in its 22nd year, this highly respected exhibition celebrates the skill of Australian glass artists and their dedication to their practice. In 2024’s prize 17 of Australia’s finest glass artists have been shortlisted by a blind selection process undertaken by an expert panel, with each work submitted given thorough consideration and discussion relative to the criteria. Congratulations to the Sabbia artists included as finalists – Mel Douglas, Kevin Gordon, Jessica Loughlin & Nick Mount and the overall winner Gabriella Bisetto.
