Something Blue is the title of Sabbia Gallery’s next Ceramic Masters exhibition in March 2018. We are inviting our stable of artists to create work that is inspired by their response to the title. We look forward to seeing where it takes them and what artwork eventuates.
Something Blue immediately references the saying, the colour blue, the emotions and memories associated with blue, as well as the natural world around us. With a ceramic artist it can also talk about the clay and the glaze and the way both can change during the making and firing processes.
